Regular follow-ups to review your numbers and adjust treatment.
- 03

Refills handled by the same team that sees you.

Don't wait on your feet
Why a small sore matters
Nerve damage from diabetes can hide pain, so small sores often go unnoticed until they're serious. A wound that hasn't started healing in two weeks should be seen.

Health tips
Check your feet every day,
including the soles and between the toes. Use a mirror or ask someone to help.
Never go barefoot, even at home.
Oklahoma summer pavement and pool decks can burn feet you can't fully feel.
Watch for summer heat.
Oklahoma summers can affect blood sugar; drink water through the day and ask your provider how heat interacts with your medications.
Never stop a medication on your own.
